Season Thirteen of the FAA "Fremont Flyers" program is laced up for practice and will start on April 12th and "run" through June 14th.
Cost for this program is $18, the focus of this program is for kids Grade 1 to 8 to get exercise, learn
about proper stretching, running form, pacing, breathing, nutrition, building self-esteem and most important having fun. 
High School students are also invited to participate. They will work on a different program from the younger participants and provides individual focus for those who want to improve running form and
speed or run their first race.

Duration - April 12th to June 14th
When - Saturdays at 8:30am to 10:00am
Where: Large Soccer Field
Who: School ages (Grades 1-12)

Kids will need to bring proper running shoes, clothes and at least one water bottle.  Bug spray and sunscreen are recommended as well.
 On June 7th and 14th, we will have Fremont "Track Day’s" this is a chance for the team to show how
much they have improved. The State meet is expected to be held on June 21st for all team members
who want to participate.
